As part of our B2B expansion strategy, we are looking for an Account Manager dedicated to our largest proximity market: Spain. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our strategic partnerships, ensuring retention and business volume growth.
What is expected in this role (Key Responsibilities):
Portfolio Management: Manage and grow multiple strategic B2B accounts across Spain, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
Prospecting & Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and successfully onboard new B2B clients to the B-Parts customers’ pool, driving market penetration in Spain.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships with clients, moving from transactional interactions to value-based partnerships.
Operational Excellence: Assist partners in your portfolio in improving their operational KPIs (e.g., Claims Rate, Conversion, Delivery success), using data to drive efficiency.
Process Improvement: Develop best practices across the Account Management function and work to employ these standards across the business to ensure consistency and quality.
Team Support: Support colleagues by sharing market insights and successful strategies, fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
Reporting: Report directly to management on pipeline progress, account health, and market feedback.
The Ideal Profile:
Proactive Mindset: Goal-oriented with a "go-getter" attitude and ease in establishing and nurturing professional relationships.
Experience: Proven Sales experience managing customer accounts, ideally in a fast-growth environment (Automotive, SaaS, or Insurance sectors are a plus).
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial discussions.
Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to clients and management. Knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
Organization: Strong planning and organization skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
Languages: Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is mandatory. Fluency in another European language is a plus.
