What is expected in this role:
- Assist in preparing management reports, financial projections and scenario models to support decision-making;
- Monitor financial and performance indicators to contribute to strategic planning;
- Support the optimization of financial processes and the effective use of Tableau and ERP tools;
- Assist the team in financial risk management and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory obligations;
- Interact with external stakeholders, such as certified accountants and tax representatives, to ensure regulatory compliance;
What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):
- Academic background in Management, Economics, Finance or related fields;
- Internship experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or management control;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to support financial management;
- Knowledge of PHC (is a plus) and financial management methodologies;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (Tableau is a plus);
- Advanced English language;
- Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
