What is expected in this role:

• Manage customer claims and returns for professionals and private customers in the automotive industry;
• Helping fulfil orders for customers;
• Ensure the customer satisfaction and follow up all steps and timings of orders;
• Provide information on logistical issues.

What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):

• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Strong customer orientation;
• Planning and organization skills;
• Written and phone communication skills;
• Domain of computer tools;
• Higher education and experience in similar roles are valued.
