We are looking for someone with the right balance of entrepreneurial spirit and structured thinking, to work as a Strategic Projects and AI Business Lead, in
close collaboration with senior leadership of B-Parts, to lead the definition and implementation of transformational projects across the company, and
accelerate AI-related initiatives.
What is expected in this role:
- Drive key business transformational projects from concept to reality, including the implementation of AI projects across different areas of the organization;
- Autonomously scope the market for solutions and prepare business cases with cost-benefit and ROI analysis;
- Lead projects to success by engaging with stakeholders from various teams and ensuring clear communication and alignment;
- Monitor and report on the impact and performance of implemented projects.
What we are looking for (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
Must-haves
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience;
- A degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline;
- A keen interest in the ongoing AI revolution and its business applications;
- Ability to work autonomously and lead projects from start to finish.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in product or project management for e-commerce businesses;
- Intercom experience.
